とにかく 間違いなくこれは最高の経験の一つです~

なんというか みたあとで しあわせ な かんじ が かんじる~

& I'd say these two recent ones are worth the catch-up~

Especially the 2nd one - it's most definitely worth a watch…
& worth some thoughts…& surely also worth some tears…

& then we watched the movie that supposedly bridges Season 2 & Season 3…last!
(& it sure didn't help to see that this title was actually the one that's released last!)

So basically…the sequence of events were all completely wrong for us as we had watched all 3 latest releases backwards…in the case of its chronological order…

Catching Up From Sins Then~

Recalling the time I wondered if the film would be released locally…

Well…that totally did not happen after all…& we have not touched on this series at all sins then…I mean…since then…

But it's ok…we'll catch up now…which turned out to be the perfect time to as well!

It's just that there was so much to catch up for this one…so much so that I actually had to Google the order to watch…

& then wow…now that we have finally learned about the whole point of the story…suddenly everything makes sense…like everything…like suddenly…

[The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgement]~

& with the cruel sun…the series came almost to its end…

…while the 2nd movie covers the manga's final chapter…
[劇場版 七つの大罪 光に呪われし者たち] a.k.a.
[The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed by Light]~

[The Seven Deadly Sins]: all had been well if not pretty amazing up till this point…

… … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … …

The problem is really this 2-part film that's actually the continuation for the series…

[七つの大罪 怨嗟のエジンバラ] a.k.a.
[The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh]~

Or to be more specific…the problem is with the animation of this 2-part film…which will almost certainly incur the wrath of any loyal followers of the original series…

We basically gagged our way through both films…talk about self-inflicted torture…& so anyway it's been too much for us already…so not sure if we're ever going to pick up the continuation of the series ever again after this…at least at this point…

If cringe-max was a word…that'll be the word for this film…which is really a waste of the good story material here…& an insult to the composers of the soundtrack…

Any self-proclaimed fan of the series (or even of anime itself) will be disappointed (& I mean aggrieved)~

This was a nightmare…its very existence is horrifying to think about…we're just glad it's over for us…

After this…we just can't take it anymore…so it's the end of the road for us as far as this series goes…

Anyway…our road to just "catch-up" alone is already so long…still not sure when we will be starting anything new at this point…

Season 1 was hard for me to get through initially…at least the first few episodes of it…but hey it became interesting & exciting after!

Season 2 was well-paced & exciting…& certainly deserving of its win of Best Fantasy Anime at the 2021 Crunchyroll anime awards…

& now that we've finally got to the end of this supposedly-the-most-popular third & final route for the [Fate/stay night] series…yes I'd agree that [Heaven's Feel] is my most preferred route as well indeed…

But still I must say…nothing beats [Fate Zero]!
